Aviko Avikolympics Campaign: Strengthening Brand Development and Customer Engagement for Snack Chains
The Avikolympics campaign was developed for the 600 snack chain locations supplied by Aviko nationwide. The goal was to strengthen Aviko’s brand development by encouraging customer engagement and creating a sense of community. The campaign included a variety of marketing materials—such as posters, countertop displays, prize tickets, an expansion kit, and an interactive campaign website.
Interactive Sports Experience and Local Competition
In the Avikolympics campaign, customers can activate their own athlete on the campaign website by entering a unique code—easily obtained with a fries purchase at a participating snack bar. A sense of local competition emerges as customers from the same location compete together. At the same time, a national competition is underway, with each code generating a random distance on a digital racetrack. This gives everyone an equal chance to win the grand prize: a winter sports holiday for two.
Brand Building Through Local Engagement
Local involvement is further strengthened by having each snack bar award a filled sports bag to the winner of the local competition. This approach not only enhances Aviko’s brand experience but also encourages repeat purchases and boosts customer loyalty within the snack chain network.
